I don’t know about y’all, but I am so happy that spring is finally here! On breezy spring days I love to throw together a yummy salad packed with healthy goodness. Try this fresh colorful salad when you are tired of turning to the same ol’ boring salad recipes. I promise it will not disappoint & it is oh so easy!
Salad Ingredients:
2 cups fresh spring greens
1 avocado, sliced
¼ cup slivered almonds
1 cup strawberries (de-stemmed and sliced)
¼ cup of purple onion
protein of choice- grilled chicken, tuna, shrimp, steak etc
(I usually spritz with a little lemon juice)
